Welcome to the New Mexico Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department 2021 Sustainable building tax credit application site. This web portal will guide you step by step through the 2021 Sustainable Building application.

Using this site, you will submit information required for your application to be processed by the Energy Conservation and Management Division of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department.

Applications will require supporting documentation at the time of data entry, if applications do not have complete set of required supporting documents, the application will be electronically returned to applicant for completion

Tax credits will be awarded in the order applications are sufficiently completed and approved.

As an applicant for the New Mexico Sustainable Building Tax Credit, I understand that that my application will NOT be considered submitted until all required information and documentation has been provided. I also understand that I will receive an email confirming submittal of my application and that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to process my application.
