PRELIMINARY DOCKET: Examiner Hearing for Thursday, April 8, 2021

Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order pooling all uncommitted interests in the Yeso formation, underlying a standard 480-acre horizontal spacing unit comprised of the N/2 of Section 13, and the NE/4 of Section 14, Township 17 South, Range 28 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant proposes to dedicate the above-referenced spacing unit to the following wells:
•    The Aid North #10H well, and the Aid North #50H, each of which will be horizontally drilled from a common surface location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 14, to bottom hole locations in the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A) of Section 13;
•    The Aid North #11H well, the Aid North #12H well, the Aid North #51H well, and the Aid North #70H well, each of which will be horizontally drilled from a common surface location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 14 to bottom hole locations in the SE/4 NE/4 (Unit H) of Section 13.
The completed interval of the Aid North #11H well will remain within 330 feet of the quarter-quarter line separating the N/2 N/2 from the S/2 N/2 of Section 13 and the N/2 NE/4 from the S/2 SE/4 of Section 14 to allow inclusion of these proximity tracts into a standard horizontal spacing unit. Also, to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing said wells and the allocation of the cost thereof, actual operating costs, charges for supervision, designation of applicant as operator of the wells, and a 200% charge for risk involved in drilling said wells. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks a year extension of time for drilling the initial well under Order No. R-21209. The Unit is comprised of the W/2 W/2 of Sections 10 and 15, Township 23 South, Range 29 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico. 16. 21745 Application of Devon Energy Production Company, L.P., for compulsory pooling, non-standard spacing and proration unit, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order pooling all mineral interests within the Wolfcamp (Pool Code 98248) and Bone Spring formations (Pool Code 97899), underlying E/2 of Sections 20 and 29, Township 24 South, Range 32 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico, on the following wells listed below. B.    Rebel Scum 20-29 Fed Com 614H
The surface location for this well is proposed to be approximately 570’ FEL and 190’ FNL, Section 20-T24S-R32E, and a bottom hole location at approximately 330’ FEL and 20’ FSL, Section 29-T24S-R32E. The dedicated horizontal spacing unit will be the E/2 of Section 20 and the E/2 of Section 29-T24S-R32E, Lea County, New Mexico.

The dedicated horizontal spacing unit will be the W/2 of Section 20 and the W/2 of Section 29-T24S-R32E, Lea County, New Mexico.
B.    Rebel Scum 20-29 Fed Com 612H
The surface location for this well is proposed to be approximately 1170’ FWL & 200’ FNL, Section 20-T24S-R32E, and a bottom hole location at approximately 2310’ FWL & 20’ FSL, Section 29-T24S-R32E. The dedicated horizontal spacing unit will be the W/2 of Section 20 and the W/2 of Section 29-T24S-R32E, Lea County, New Mexico.
C.    Rebel Scum 20-29 Fed Com 711H
The surface location for this well is proposed to be approximately 1080’ FWL & 200’ FNL, Section 20-T24S-R32E, and a bottom hole location at approximately 330’ FWL & 20’ FSL section 29-T24S-R32E. The dedicated horizontal spacing unit will be the W/2 of Section 20 and the W/2 of Section 29-T24S-R32E, Lea County, New Mexico.
D.    Rebel Scum 20-29 Fed Com 712H
The surface location for this well is proposed to be approximately 1140’ FWL & 200’ FNL, Section 20-T24S-R32E, and a bottom hole location at approximately 1650’ FWL & 20’ FSL, Section 29-T24S-R32E. The dedicated horizontal spacing unit will be the W/2 of Section 20 and the W/2 of Section 29-T24S-R32E, Lea County, New Mexico.
18. 21747 Application of Flat Creek Resources, LLC, for a Horizontal Spacing and Proration Unit and Compulsory Pooling, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order from the Division: (1) establishing a 320-acre, more or less, standard horizontal spacing and proration unit comprised of the N/2 of Section 23, Township 23 South, Range 27 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico and (2) pooling all mineral interests in the Wolfcamp formation, a gas field, underlying the unit.
