PRELIMINARY DOCKET: Examiner Hearing for Thursday, July 7, 2022

Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. 17. 22832 Application of Colgate Operating, LLC to Pool Additional Interests Under Order No. R-21354-A, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order pooling additional uncommitted interests under the terms of Division Order No. R-21354-A. Order No. R-21354-A (“Order”), which was issued in Case No. 21226, pooled all uncommitted interests in the Winchester, Bone Spring Pool (Code 65010) within the Bone Spring formation underlying a horizontal spacing unit comprised of the S/2 of Sections 33 and 34, Township 19 South, Range 28 East, Eddy County, New Mexico (“Unit”). The Order further dedicated the Unit to the Dawson 34 Fed State Com 123H, Dawson 34 Fed State Com 133H, Dawson Fed State Com 124H, and Dawson 34 Fed State Com 134H wells (“Wells”) and designated Applicant as operator of the Unit and Wells. Since entry of the Order, Applicant has identified additional interest owners in the Unit that should be pooled under the terms of the Order. The Wells are located approximately 12 miles northeast of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
18. 22833 Application of Colgate Operating, LLC to Pool Additional Interests Under Order No. R-21355-A, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order pooling additional uncommitted interests under the terms of Division Order No. R-21355-A. Order No. R-21355-A (“Order”), which was entered in Case No. 21227, pooled all uncommitted interests in the Winchester, Bone Spring Pool (Code 65010) within the Bone Spring formation underlying a horizontal spacing unit comprised of the N/2 of Sections 33 and 34, Township 19 South, Range 28 East, Eddy County, New Mexico (“Unit”). The Order further dedicated the Unit to the Shamrock 34 Fed State Com 121H, Shamrock 34 Fed State Com 131H, Shamrock Fed State Com 122H, and Shamrock 34 Fed State Com 132H wells (“Wells”) and designated Applicant as operator of the Unit and Wells. Since entry of the Order, Applicant has identified additional interest owners in the Unit that should be pooled under the terms of the Order.
