PRELIMINARY DOCKET: Examiner Hearing for Thursday, October 6, 2022

Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order pooling all uncommitted interests in the Bone Spring formation, underlying a standard 640-acre horizontal spacing unit comprised of the E/2 of Sections 17 and 20, Township 25 South, Range 27 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico. The above-referenced unit will be initially dedicated to the proposed Wildcatter 17 20 Fed Com 47 3H and the Wildcatter 17 20 Fed Com 47 4H wells to be horizontally drilled from a surface hole location in the SW/4 SE/4 (Unit O) of Section 20 to bottom hole locations in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) and the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A), respectively, of Section 17. The completed interval for the Wildcatter 17 20 Fed Com 47 4H well is projected to be less than 330’ from the adjoining quarter-quarter section (or equivalent) tracts to allow inclusion of these proximity tracts within the proposed horizontal well spacing unit. 3. 22897 Application of Cimarex Energy Co. to allow two operators in the Bone Spring formation in certain well units, Eddy County, New Mexico. Cimarex Energy Co. seeks an order allowing two operators in the following Bone Spring well units:
(a)    The W/2W/2 of Section 29 and the W/2W/2 of Section 32, Township 25 South, Range 27 East, NMPM. The unit will be dedicated to the Southern Hills State Fed. Com. Well No. 1H, to be operated by Cimarex Energy Co.
