PRELIMINARY DOCKET: Examiner Hearing for Thursday, June 16, 2022

Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. Applicant seeks an order from the Division pooling all uncommitted mineral interests within a Wolfcamp horizontal spacing unit underlying the S/2 of Sections 5 and 6, Township 23 South, Range 28 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico. This spacing unit will be dedicated to the Decimus 5 WXY Fed Com 1H and Decimus 5 WXY Fed Com 2H wells, to be horizontally drilled. The producing area for these wells will be unorthodox. The completed interval for the proposed Donkey Potroast Federal Com #502H will be within 330’ of the line separating the W/2E/2 and E/2E/2 of Sections 22 and 27. The completed interval for the Donkey Potroast Federal Com #503H will be within 330’ of the line separating the W/2E/2 and the E/2W/2 of Sections 22 and 27. The completed interval for the Donkey Potroast Federal Com #504H will be with 330’ of the line separating the W/2W/2 and the E/2W/2 of Sections 22 and 27. Accordingly, the Donkey Potroast Federal Com #502H, #503H and #504H allow for the incorporation of each well’s respective proximity acreage to form a standard 1280-acre horizontal spacing unit comprised of all of Sections 22 and 27.
