Summary:
csmith (2/23/2021), Release Images and release size show signs/evidence of a liquid release and the C-141 and corresponding report indicate that no liquids were released. – Release liquids and volumes need to be reviewed and adjusted to be correct on from C-141, and all instances of no liquids released in the report need to be changed to include a volume of released liquids.
csmith (2/23/2021), Field Data, and Scaled SiteMap/Sampling Map do not represent the excavation size that OCD witnessed on the 10/1/2020 sampling event. The Site map and Photos appear to be for an event prior to the start of remediation when the pipeline was stripped back and repaired – Please correct the scaled site/sampling map to include lengths/widths/ and depths of the completed excavation.
