DPHILLIPSLegacy took over Brothers Production Blanket plugging bond. If you are transferring all wells then the additional bonding will apply for those wells that have not produced in 24 months. On Permit 27076 it shows you left out wells that were intially requiring bonding. If Brothers intends to keep the wells omitted then they need a bond in place to cover the wells.
