Living Desert
Vulture Awareness Day Join us at the Living Desert on September 5th for Vulture Awareness Day to learn about the unsung heroes who help keep our environment clean. The event will last during the normal operation hours of the Living Desert, coinciding with a book giveaway hosted by the Lutheran Literacy Project, with crafts and activities offered for children between the hours of 10:00am and 12:00pm. All activities in the visitor center will be free of charge, but standard entrance fees apply to enter the zoo. Hope to see you there!
