Mastering a few simple knots can take your camping experience to the next level, making setup smoother, more secure, and a lot more enjoyable. Find out the role that they play in their ecological niche. Discover the conservation efforts that have taken place and how you can help protect these incredible birds. You'll get the chance to create your very own stunning fish prints using the unique and traditional Japanese technique called "gyotaku." Not only will you learn this cool art form, but you'll also explore the fascinating fish species of New Mexico. It's the perfect mix of creativity and nature—don't miss out on the fun! You don't need to be an expert artist to enjoy this fun and easy activity. Wear old clothing - you may get dirty. Come and go as you wish-you do not need to stay for the full hour. This is very much a drop-in program. The event will be held near the Docks The program is free, but the regular Park Entrance Fee applies for all vehicles.
