Bio-Blitz Join us for a fun day exploring nature in the park! We'll be finding, identifying and recording all living things as fast as we can in the park. The day will start with a bird specific walk at 9am, guided by park staff and volunteers, as we walk the Nature Trail and campground exploring and identifying for the many species of birds that winter here. At 11 am will be a general species/outdoor education walk lead by Regional Interpretive Ranger Brynn. You can join in for both parts of the day or choose one. All experience levels are welcome!! Things to bring: Water, snacks, sunscreen, binoculars (if you have them), a journal, your phone, and anything else to keep you comfortable outside for a few hours. A small amount of loaner binoculars will be available for use.
