Pecos Clean-Up Event Celebrate Earth Day with us by giving back to the Pecos Watershed! On Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM, we’re hosting our annual Earth Day Cleanup, starting at UPWA’s Office. This is an excellent opportunity to unite as a community, make a real impact, and help keep the Pecos River, Pecos State Park, and the surrounding area clean, healthy, and beautiful. The Upper Pecos Watershed Association hosts the Pecos Clean-Up Event. Park entrance fees will be waived for volunteers during the event.

Community Paint Day at Pecos Canyon Join us at Pecos Canyon State Park for a community beautification day! If you enjoy painting and spending time outdoors, we’d love your help as we paint three Conex boxes to blend naturally into the landscape. ??? All painting supplies are provided. ?? Please bring your own lunch and plenty of water. ?? Dress appropriately for outdoor work. No Day-use for Volunteers Let’s make a positive impact together and keep Pecos Canyon State Park beautiful.
