Meet the people working with jaguars here and across the Americas! Join Megan Southern and Pablo Guerra from The Rewilding Institute to talk about their experiences rewilding in the Americas. Children's event starts at 10:30am, all ages event starts at 1:00 PM. Listen to stories about jaguars from the experts! Event will be in the education building at Rio Grande Nature Center.

New Mexico Boating Safety Course
Free, 8-hour class offered by New Mexico State Parks. There is no fee to take this class. Education is the key to becoming a better, more knowledgeable boater. In New Mexico, many boaters are required by law to complete a boating safety course and receive a boater education card. Everyone is eligible and encouraged to take the course and receive a card. Registration is required. Register using link below.

Join Victoria Reichow from Troop 10655 as she talks about her Girl Scout Silver Award Project! Learn about our native Woodhouse's Toad and how to protect their disappearing habitat. Take the "Clean Water Pledge" and go on a walking tour of Victoria's Ribbit Refuges, structures that she installed to help protect Woodhouse's Toads.
