Fenton Lake is switching to winter hours. The park will open at 7AM and close at 7PM. Lake Fork Rd will be closed for the winter months. No boats bigger than 16ft are allowed on Fenton Lake. No gas powered motors only electric trolling motors. Vessels with trolling motors must be registered with the DMV. Any persons on a Kayak, Canoe, Paddle Board, Paddle Boat, or inflatable must wear life jackets at all times.

Campsites 1 through 30 are now closed for the the season. Electric sites 1E through 5E will remain open for reservation only year round. Water to the campsites has been turned off due to freezing temperatures. We recommend you bring your own water. Campsites 1 through 30 will reopen May 15th.

Fenton Lake is now open for ice fishing weather and ice conditions dependent. Ice condition as of 1/30/2023: 15" at shore with 8" white & 7" Black. 16" in center with 9" white & 7" black. Road conditions are fair. Going onto the ice is at your own risk.
