Santa Rosa Lake State Park


Camping is available by reservation only. 2/24/2021 - ongoing
A block release of of water is planned at Santa Rosa Lake starting August 12, 2022. This block release will draw the lake down to 2000 acre feet of water and will close the boat ramp. The Lake will become non-boatable due to dangerous lake level and the boat ramp no longer being in the water. 8/8/2022 - ongoing

Campfires: Currently banned at Santa Rosa Lake State Park unless the following exceptions are met: For cooking or heating devices that use kerosene, white gas or propane as a fuel in an improved camping area that is cleared of all flammable vegetation for at least 30 feet or has a water source 2/21/2022 - ongoing
Fire Restriction were lifted on August 1, 2022. Fire are now allowed at Santa Rosa Lake state park in designated grills and fire rings. 8/8/2022 - ongoing
