Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. Inc. seeks an order from the Division pooling all uncommitted mineral interest owners within a 640-acre Bone Spring horizontal spacing unit underlying the E/2 of Sections 15 and 22, Township 26 South, Range 32 East, N.M.P.M., Lea County, New Mexico. Chevron plans to drill the following proposed wells to a depth sufficient to test the Bone Spring formation: SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 303H; SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 404H; SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 405H wells to be drilled from a surface location in NW/4 NE/4 of Section 15 (Unit B) to a bottom hole location in SW/4 SE/4 of Section 22 (Unit O); and SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 304H and SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 406H wells to be drilled from a surface location in NW/4 NE/4 of Section 15 (Unit B) to a bottom hole location in SE/4SE/4 of Section 22 (Unit P). The completed interval for the SD 15 22 Federal Com P404 405H well is expected to be less than 330 feet from the adjoining tracts, thereby allowing for the inclusion of the proximity tracts within the proposed spacing unit. Also to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the wells and the allocation of the cost thereof, as well as actual operating costs and charges for supervision, designation of Chevron U.S.A Inc. as operator of the wells, a 200% charge for the risk involved in drilling and completing the wells. Said area is located approximately 25 miles west of Jal, New Mexico.
15. 24508 Application of Mewbourne Oil Company for Compulsory Pooling, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order pooling all uncommitted mineral owners in the Bone Spring formation underlying a standard 320-acre, more or less, horizontal well spacing unit comprised of the E2E2 of Sections 23 and 14, Township 18 South, Range 33 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico. Said unit will be initially dedicated to the proposed Stone Cold 23/14 Fed Com 521H well, to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NE4 of Section 26, with a first take point in the SE4SE4 (Unit P) of Section 23 and a last take point in the NE4NE4 (Unit A) of Section 14. Also, to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the well and the allocation of the cost thereof, actual operating costs and charges for supervision, designation of Applicant as operator of the well, and a 200% charge for risk involved in drilling the well. The subject area is located approximately 19 miles southwest of Lovington, New Mexico.
16. 24509 Application of Mewbourne Oil Company for Approval of an Overlapping Horizontal Well Spacing Unit and Compulsory Pooling, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order (a) approving a standard 320-acre overlapping horizontal well spacing unit in the Bone Spring formation underlying the W2E2 of Sections 23 and 14, Township 18 South, Range 33 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico, and (b) pooling all the uncommitted mineral owners therein. Said unit will be initially dedicated to the proposed Stone Cold 23/14 Fed Com 523H well, to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NE4 of Section 26, with a first take point in the SW4SE4 (Unit O) of Section 23 and a last take point in the NW4NE4 (Unit B) of Section 14. This proposed spacing unit will overlap an existing 40-acre spacing unit comprised of the NW4NE4 (Unit B) of Section 14 dedicated to the Mescalero Ridge “D” Federal No. 1 (30-025-29508) operated by Seely Oil Company and completed in the Mescalero Escarpe; Bone Spring Pool [45793]. Also, to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the well and the allocation of the cost thereof, actual operating costs and charges for supervision, designation of Applicant as operator of the well, and a 200% charge for risk involved in drilling the well. The subject area is located approximately 19 miles southwest of Lovington, New Mexico.
17. 24517 Application of Silverback Operating II, LLC for Compulsory Pooling, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order pooling all uncommitted interests in the Atoka Glorieta Yeso Formation underlying a 320-acre, more or less, standard horizontal spacing unit comprised of the S2S2 of Section 2, and the N2N2 of Section 11, both located in Township 19 South, Range 25 East, NMPM, Eddy County, New Mexico (“Unit”). The Unit will be dedicated to the following wells:

Roche #101H well (“101H Well”), which is an oil well that will be horizontally drilled from a surface hole location in the surface location a surface hole location in the SW4 of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 165 feet FSL, and approximately 427 feet FWL of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, to a bottom hole location in the NW4 of Section 11, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 680 feet FSL, and approximately 100 feet FWL of Section 11, Township 19 South, Range 25 East.

Roche #102H well (“102H Well”), which is an oil well that will be horizontally drilled from a surface hole location in the SW4 of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 185 feet FSL, and approximately 427 feet FWL of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, to a bottom hole location in the SW4 of Section 2, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 120 feet FSL, and approximately 100 feet FWL of Section 2, Township 19 South, Range 25 East;

Roche #103H well (“103H Well”) which is an oil well that will be horizontally drilled from a surface hole location in the SW4 of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 205 feet FSL, and approximately 427 feet FWL of Section 1, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, to a bottom hole location in the SW4 of Section 2, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, being approximately 920 feet FSL, and approximately 100 feet FWL of Section 2, Township 19 South, Range 25 East;

The 101H Well, 102H Well, and 103H Wells are referred to collectively herein as the “Wells.” The completed interval of the Wells will be orthodox. Also, to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the Wells and the allocation of the cost, the designation of Applicant as the operator of the Wells, and a 200% charge for the risk involved in drilling and completing the Wells. The Wells are located approximately 11 miles South of Artesia, New Mexico.
18. 24597 Application of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to Amend Order No. R-22778, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks a year extension of time for drilling the wells under Order No. R-22778. The Unit is comprised of the E/2 of Sections 22 and 27, Township 23 South, Range 34 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico. Order No. R-22778 pooled the uncommitted interests in the Upper Bone Spring formation and dedicated the Unit to the proposed initial ZN 27 22 Fed State Com #201H and ZN 27 22 Fed State Com #202H, both to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A) of Section 34, to a bottom hole location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 22; and the ZN 27 22 Fed State Com #203H, to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A) of Section 34, to a bottom hole location in the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A) of Section 22. Said area is located 18.5 miles northwest of Jal, New Mexico.
19. 24598 Application of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to Amend Order No. R-22782, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks a year extension of time for drilling the well under Order No. R-22782. The Unit is comprised of the W/2 E/2 of Sections 22 and 27, Township 23 South, Range 34 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico. Order No. R-22782 pooled the uncommitted interests in the Lower Bone Spring formation and dedicated the Unit to the proposed initial ZN 27 22 Fed State Com #401H, to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 34 to a bottom hole location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 22. Said area is located 18.5 miles northwest of Jal, New Mexico.
20. 24599 Application of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to Amend Order No. R-22783, Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks a year extension of time for drilling the well under Order No. R-22783. The Unit is comprised of the E/2 E/2 of Sections 22 and 27, Township 23 South, Range 34 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico. Order No. R-22783 pooled the uncommitted interests in the Lower Bone Spring formation and dedicated the Unit to the proposed initial ZN 27 22 Fed State Com #402H, to be horizontally drilled from a surface location in the NW/4 NE/4 (Unit B) of Section 34 to a bottom hole location in the NE/4 NE/4 (Unit A) of Section 22. Said area is located 18.5 miles northwest of Jal, New Mexico.
