Well Completions Producing without Authorization to Transport

This report displays all well completions that have produced oil or gas in the last six months, are not plugged or cancelled completions, and have no C-104 approval date in our system.

Please file a C-104 for these completions immediately. If you are aware of an approved C-104 for a well completion on this list, please contact the district office and ask them to enter the approval date.
