For hearings by affidavit: presenting parties are required to submit a pre-hearing statement no later than the Thursday before the hearing. The pre-hearing statement shall include: 1) a list of disputed facts and issues; 2) identification of witnesses and their qualifications; and 3) all exhibits and written testimony a party intends to enter into evidence at the hearing and a full narrative for each.

For contested matters: pre-hearing statements shall be filed no later than 9:00 a.m., 4 business days prior to the hearing and in addition to the requirements of 19.15.4.13.B(1) NMAC, shall include: all evidentiary exhibits, documents, affidavits, and full-written testimony of any witness a party offers at the hearing. The Unit will be dedicated to the following wells (“Wells”): Goodfellas Fed Com 7H well, which will produce from a first take point located in the NW/4 SW/4 (Unit L) of Section 21, to a last take point in the NE/4 SE/4 (Unit I) of Section 22; and Goodfellas Fed Com 9H well, which will produce from a first take point located in the SW/4 SW/4 (Unit M) of Section 21, to a last take point in the SE/4 SE/4 (Unit P) of Section 22. The completed intervals of the Wells will be unorthodox. Also to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the Wells, the allocation of the costs, the designation of Applicant as operator of the Wells and the Unit, and a 200% charge for the risk involved in drilling and completing the Wells. The Wells are located approximately 5 miles northeast of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
35. 26234 Application of Permian Resources Operating, LLC for Compulsory Pooling, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order pooling all uncommitted interests in the Bone Spring formation, underlying a 640-acre, more or less, standard horizontal spacing unit comprised of the S/2 of Sections 21 and 22, Township 21 South, Range 27 East, Eddy County, New Mexico (“Unit”). The Unit will be dedicated to the following wells (“Wells”): Goodfellas Fed Com 8H well, which will produce from a first take point located in the NW/4 SW/4 (Unit L) of Section 21, to a last take point in the NE/4 SE/4 (Unit I) of Section 22; and Goodfellas Fed Com 10H well, which will produce from a first take point located in the SW/4 SW/4 (Unit M) of Section 21, to a last take point in the SE/4 SE/4 (Unit P) of Section 22. 36. 26202 CASE NO.     : Application of Americo Energy Resources, LLC for Approval of a Salt Water Disposal Well, Eddy County, New Mexico. Applicant om the above-styled cause seeks an order authorizing it to drill and operate an injection well for purposes of disposing produced salt water to be named the Stiletto 16 State #4 SWD (API No. 30-015-34812), that was drilled at a location 1,650’ from the north line and 990 from the west line (Unit E) of Section 16, Township 20 South, Range 25 East, Eddy County, New Mexico, for the purpose of produced water disposal. Injection will consist of produced water into the Cisco formation (SWD; Cisco; Code 96099), at a depth of approximately 7,692 feet to 8,215 feet. Estimated average injection pressure is expected to be approximately 1,000 psi, with proposed average injection of 2,000 bpd. Said area is located approximately 15 miles west of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
37. 26269 Application of Empire New Mexico LLC to Revoke the Injection Authority Granted Under Administrative Order SWD-1500 for the Parker Energy SWD #5 Well Operated by Parker Energy Support Services, Inc., Lea County, New Mexico. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks an order revoking the injection authority granted by Administrative Order SWD-1500, to dispose of produced water in the Parker Energy SWD #5 Well, API# 30-025-38789 (“Well”), a produced water disposal well located approximately 1,200 feet from the North line and 990 feet from the East line of Section 24, Township 21 South, Range 36 East, NMPM, in Lea County, NM, near the EMSU and AGU Unitized Intervals, which are operated by Applicant. The approved injection zone is within the San Andres formation, an interval that contains hydrocarbons in residual oil zones. The Well is located approximately 3.8 miles northwest of Eunice, New Mexico.
