01/03/2019	2RP-5197 C-141 received 01/18/2019 for release 01/03/2019. Cause listed as, "Release was due to air supply regulator on heater dump failing, causing oil dump to become stuck open and dump gas to the oil tank. This caused the tank to overflow through the thief hatch, releasing fluid to lined containment. Vacuum truck returned free standing fluid to production tanks. A 48-hour advance notice of liner inspection was provided by email to NMOCD District 2. The cleaned liner was visually inspected and determined to be operating as designed."
