09/07/2021	Corrective actions provided by the operator: Harvest replaced the leaking section of pipe with new pipe. All welds were primed and taped before the line was placed back into service.
09/07/2021	Primary Equipment identified by the operator (Pipeline (Any))
09/07/2021	Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: After being notified of the leak, Harvest immediately investigated. After initial investigation did not reveal leak, Harvest had contractor come out and use instrumentation to locate leak. Harvest then isolated and terminated the gas release.
