09/14/2022 Corrective actions provided by the operator: Harvest has removed and replaced the cracked section of pipeline
09/14/2022 Primary Equipment identified by the operator (Pipeline (Any))
09/14/2022 Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Immediately after being notified of the potential leak, Harvest dispatched personnel to investigate. When no visible signs of a leak were found, Harvest isolated and pressure tested the pipeline. After seeing indications of pressure drop, Harvest took the pipeline out of service and initiated the process to repair the pipeline
