Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Harvest was notified of this leak by the third party conducting the aerial leak detection survey. The leak was detected on 9/2, but Harvest was not notified until 9/14. After notification, Harvest immediately dispatched a group to investigate the potential leak. Once the leak was confirmed, Harvest immediately isolated the pipeline and stopped the release. |
