Date Detail
09/26/2022 Corrective actions provided by the operator: Harvest has removed the corroded section of pipeline. This section was replaced with new pipe. All welds were taped and a rock shield was applied.
09/26/2022 Primary Equipment identified by the operator (Pipeline (Any))
09/26/2022 Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Harvest was notified of this leak by the third party conducting the aerial leak detection survey. The leak was detected on 9/2, but Harvest was not notified until 9/14. After notification, Harvest immediately dispatched a group to investigate the potential leak. Once the leak was confirmed, Harvest immediately isolated the pipeline and stopped the release.
09/26/2022 Incident updated by the operator, upon the submission of a amendment for venting of natural gas report.
09/26/2022 The (09/26/2022, C-129A) application [146109] was assigned to this incident.
