C-141 received on 9/28/2022. for release on 09/21/2022. The cause of the release was reported as “Natural gas condensate was discovered on the B-26 pipeline and subsequently reported to DCP. A notification of the
release was submitted to the NMOCD within 24-hours via the OCD online portal. DCP personnel shut in the pipeline to prevent
additional release of natural gas and natural gas condensate until the line could be repaired and returned to service”. |
