Corrective actions provided by the operator: MP flare volume extremely high due to a broken fail open valve on the MP flare line coming from the tank vent blower. Also, the sales gas line pressure is abnormally high and the 2 small VRUs can not discharge into the high pressure sales gas line. The big VRU is down due to chemical in the oil causing the VRU to malfunction. Tap Rock is making adjustments to the equipment. |
