Incident Events

Date Detail
12/13/2022 Corrective actions provided by the operator: MP flare volume high due to high sales gas line pressure (Lucid) and our two small VRUs not being strong enough to buck the high line pressure. Big unit is not moving the volume it should be moving. The LP flare volume was high due tank vent blower sending tank vapors to an already packed and over pressured MP system which causes the LP system to back up and have to route to flare.
