11/29/2022 C-141 received on 2/28/2023 for release on 11/29/2022. The cause of the release was reported as “The release was discovered by an Enterprise operator on 11/29/2022, who notified a Harvest pipeline operator that was in the area. The line was isolated and LOTO was completed. On 11-30-2022 Harvest exposed the line and found the leak that was caused by external corrosion”.
11/29/2022 C-141 received on 12/6/2022 for release on 11/29/2022. The cause of the release was reported as “The release was discovered by an Enterprise operator on 11/29/2022, who notified a Harvest pipeline operator that was in the area. The line was isolated and LOTO was completed. On 11-30-2022 Harvest exposed the line and found the leak that was caused by external corrosion”.
