01/08/2023 The (01/08/2023, C-129) application [173728] was assigned to this incident.
01/08/2023 Corrective actions provided by the operator: Total facility shut in at 11pm due OWL Produced Water line having a small hole, supposed to be a crew on site for repairs this morning. LP flare volume due to blower being off. MP flare due to VRUs not having capacity to compress total MP gas and new unit #1 crippled due to excessive motor temperature. Troubleshooting GL compressor, 2nd stage scrubber will not dump fluid correctly.
