12/11/2023 App ID 258435: Remediation has met 19.15.29 NMAC requirements. Soil impacts exceeding the reclamation standards have been left in place and are required to meet 19.15.29.13D (1) NMAC once the site is no longer reasonably needed for production or subsequent drilling ops.
12/11/2023 The (12/11/2023, C-141) application [258435] was accepted by OCD. The operator was emailed with details of this event.

A pin hole was created on a main 6" water line. 14.3 bbls released on pad. spill did not go offsite. 5 bbls recovered. Fluids remained onsite. Leak was stopped by isolating the line.
