02/21/2023	Corrective actions provided by the operator: Pipeline was excavated and source of the release was identified. A weld in the pipeline had cracked. Damaged pipe was replaced, pipeline was buried, and placed back into service

This report was routed through the proper channels and Harvest personnel were dispatched to investigate.
