C-141 received on 5/11/2023 for release on 05/08/2023. The cause of the release was reported as “VRT high leveled sending the fluid to the flare. The pasture area was sprayed with a mixture of hydrocarbons and produced water. The flare, facility and wells were shut in immediately. No fire damage occurred to the flare or any other equipment”. |
