07/24/2023 The (07/24/2023, C-129) application [243670] was assigned to this incident.
07/24/2023 Corrective actions provided by the operator: upon discovery of leak operations traced the leak in the facility and determined that it was a dump controller leaking internally. Scrubber dump was found and shut in unit was taken down for repairs to be made. Repairs included the replacement of the nor seal controller.
