07/26/2023	Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Upon being notified of a potential pipeline leak, Harvest immediately dispatched personnel to investigate. Harvest was able to quickly isolate the pipeline to prevent any further potential release. After some additional investigation, Harvest confirmed we had a leak from our pipeline when a 3/8" hole was discovered after excavation
