Cause of release Kairos flyover reported a leak on Lateral J-2. Harvest responded to the report and found the leak at 11:00. The line was shut in and blown down. The leak was in a wash and no liquids are present. The line was completely blown down and the leak stopped by 11:30

Pursuant to 19.15.29.12 E.(1)(a) the final report must include a scaled site and sampling diagram. A sampling diagram was provided but it is not to scale.
