Cause of Release OR Additional Details provided for materials released:
A separator upset resulted in the release of approximately 35 bbls of oil onto the facility pad and adjacent pasture. During initial response approximately 24 bbl of fluid was recovered with vac trucks and excavators.

Must provide formal correspondence from the utility operator their required buffer zone regarding the utility pole in question and respond appropriately. 2. Must remediate the area surrounding the electricity pole, obviously starting at the ground surface, using manual hand tools at a minimum. NMOCD recommends communicating with the utility operator and requests their suggestion to what depth is permissible. 3. Must separate confirmation samples EP SW-01 and EP SW-02 to meet the reclamation standards (0-4 feet below grade) per 19.15.29.13 NMAC and the closure standards (> 4 feet below grade) per 19.15.29.12 NMAC. Maverick Permian has 90-days (September 10, 2025) to submit its appropriate or final remediation closure report.
