Submitted report states that there is an approved work plan with a variance request to sample every 500 feet. This incident has no approved work plan or an approved sampling plan to collect samples every 500 square feet. Sampling is insufficient for this release.
Approved work plans or sampling plans for one incident are not a blanket approval for additional incidents on the same location. Two of the three releases on the submitted report occurred in 2024 and would have application IDs for work plan submittals. A quick review of all three incidents included in the report do not have a submitted workplan or approved sampling plan. If such documentation exists, the documentation will need to be included in the submitted report and state what incident it the approval was for.
