02/01/2024 Corrective actions provided by the operator: The cracked section of pipe was repaired and the pipe was placed in a position to reduce strain.

02/01/2024 Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Harvest immediately dispatched personnel after being notified of potential line leak. After confirming the leak, Harvest identified the strategy that would allow them to isolate and stop the leak with the least amount of gas loss. The plan was executed, and the leak was stopped within approximately 2.5 hours
