The NOR stated that 100 barrels of fluid were released; however, using the measurements of the affected area, the amount is closer to 113 barrels of fluid released and 10 barrels of fluid recovered.

As the due date for the Closure Report is listed as 1/12/26, Clearwater respectfully requests a 90-day extension to complete remediation and submit a Closure Report".
