11/17/2025 Corrective actions provided by the operator: the leaking suction valve was fixed to prevent compressor to pressure up. Rupture disc operated by design to relive high pressure.
11/17/2025 Primary Equipment identified by the operator (Gas Compressor Station, with additional details: Compressors at 32-7 went shut down on high discharge pressure, the suction control valve closed but leaked by causing rupture disc to pop off.)
11/17/2025 Steps taken to prevent waste provided by the operator: Mechanic found the issue and shut in manual block valve to stop the release
11/17/2025 Incident updated by the operator, upon the submission of a amendment for venting of natural gas report.
