08/09/2010	1RP-10-8-2597 - Initial & Final C-141s - The 6" E-Extension developed a leak releasing gas and oil. Majority of oily liquid was removed by vacuum truck. Affected area, approx. 70' X 70'. 4 wall samples and 1 sample from beneath the pipeline leak were collected after excavation. Results were below detect for all parameters.
