07/10/2023 Historic incident review. Gas release only.
01/12/2012 Exposed portion of pipe iced up and burst in remote area. Due to snow and mud conditions, operator was not able to access location for several days, but once discovered, split was isolated. Plans to re-route gas permanently and remove section of pipe from area is underway. 16. 8 MMCF of Natural Gas was vented to atmosphere, no impacted soils. Final report received.
