Date Detail
10/08/2025 Historic Incident Review at the Request of Engineering, Operator Requesting site to be released. Operator never submitted final C-141 or sampling data as requested in the approved Initial C-141 on 3/7/2013. Operator needs to to submit report/data pursuant to 19.15.29
08/07/2018 Pipeline rupture resulted in oil release. Standing oil sucked up and contaminated dirt picked up, area treated with Urea. Confirmation sampling requested following clean up. Initial report.
