06/20/2003 Broken plunger in pump. Top caliche covering will be removed and new caliche will be put down. Vacuum truck sent out to pick up free liquids. A detrmination wil be made as to the need for any fuher actions. If futher actions is deemed necessary. A follow up report will be filed. Clear and dry. No cattle in area. Environ. Ltr request sent to operator analytical required for chlorides with final report.
