10/25/2005	C-141 rec'd 6/14/2005. Cause and Action Taken listed as: "Stuffing box wearing out due to the flour sand produced by the well. Repacked stuffing box. NOTE: ConocoPhillips & Harbison-Fischer are testing a new type stuffing box to minimize this problem". Area Affected and Cleanup Action Taken listed as: " 75'x90' of damp wellhead caliche pad with no cows present. Picked up free fluid with a vacuum tuck. The spill site will be sampled & delineated, and a remediation plan will be submitted to the NMOCD for approval". Work plan proposal rec'd 10/12/05. Letter to operator sent 10/25/05 denying proposal.
