05/31/2012	2RP-1139 C-141 rec'd 5/3/12 for release on 4/18/12. Reported 130 bbls oil released w/129 bbls recovered. Source listed as Oil tanks. Cause listed as " Valve on water dump closed at a valve setting that by-passed fluid to stock tanks. The Eggs State #1H was shut in until the tank levels could lower to their normal levels." Area Affected: " Initially 130 bbls were released from the oil tanks and we were able to recover 129bbls with a vacuum truck. All standing fluid has been removed from the 40mil lined tank battery. Contaminated gravel has been removed and replaced with fresh gravel as necessary. The tank battery lined has been steamed and this facility has been returned to its prior condition." C-141 has been approved as INITIAL & FINAL REPORT.
