jnobui (11/22/2022), Remediation Plan Denied. Please provide OCD information on how impacted soils at PH04 at 8 feet bgs will be addressed. Anything other than excavation requires prior OCD approval. OCD will require bottom/floor confirmation soil samples be collected at 4' to ensure chloride concentrations have not exceeded criteria. Please resubmit a revised Remediation Plan to the OCD portal by December 22, 2022.
