10/27/2025 The modified Facility consists of six, 400-bbl welded steel frac tanks located within a double lined containment. In order to prevent spills and/or releases, the tanks will be placed on top of a common 30-mil thickness LLDPE primary (upper) string-reinforced liner and a 30-mil LLDPE secondary (lower) string-reinforced liner. The liners will extend approximately 4 vertical feet and be attached to exterior side of Muscle Walls® as shown in Appendix D. Specifications for the Muscle Walls® are also included in Appendix D. See construction specifications on page 9 of the application.
