01/16/2026 Operator clarification: "There was an update in our system at the end of June that apparently threw everything off. Our system wasn’t flagging these for us as incomplete when they were originally conducted. When our guys did the inspection, if they didn’t click completed it didn’t save them as completed. We have had to go in and manually complete each one of these which is what the completed date is showing. I’m not sure why the inspections are saved all out of order. I tried filtering it so that it would sort by the scheduled date, but I don’t have that option. July inspections can be found on pages 23, 27, 30 and 34. August inspections can be found on pages 14, 15, 16, and 22. October inspections can be found on pages 9, 10, 11, and 12. November inspections can be found on pages 5, 6, 7, and 8. I have text receipts showing dates when our guys conducted inspections. Let me know what other information is needed. I apologize for this mess."
