03/01/2016	2RP-3118 C-141 received 7/14/2015 for release on 6/8/2015. Cause listed as, "A truck driver ran over a skim tank and caused 5 bbls of oil and 15 bbls of produced water to leak onto the ground. No fluids were recovered and precautionary measures have been taken to prevent future mishaps." The area affected listed as, " The affected area is approximately 45' x 45' with all of the leak staying inside the lined battery on location. Remediation will be completed according to a remediation plan approved by NMOCD."
