03/01/2017	2RP-4133 C-141 received 1/26/2017 for release 1/14/2017. Cause listed as, “The cause is mechanical failure; transfer pump failed which resulted in overfilling a tank, 16 bbls of produced water was spilled inside lined SPCC containment. All of the fluids were recovered. None of the fluids have left the containment. ” The area affected listed as, “The environment was not impacted by this spill. All fluids were contained inside lined SPCC containment. ”
