04/28/2017	2RP-4191 C-141 received 4/27/2017 for release 4/17/2017. Cause listed as, “The cause is mechanical failure; transfer pump failed which resulted in overfilling a tank. 23 bbls of produced water was spilled inside lined SPCC containment. All the fluids were recovered. The containment liner was inspected immediately after the spill occurred. Based on the inspection, there is no evidence that the spilled fluids have left the containment. ” The area affected listed as, “The environment was not impacted by this spill. All fluids were contained inside lined SPCC containment. ”
