09/19/2017	2RP-4395 C-141 received 9/18/2017 for release 9/01/2017. Cause listed as, “200 bbls wee in the tank. A fire started and burned 152 bbls in the tank. 48 bbls were vacuumed out of the tank after the fire was suppressed. Cause is under investigation. ” The area affected listed as, “6 tanks damaged within the Forehand Ranch 22-8H & 9H central battery. Fire department controlled and suppressed fire within containment. Seen secured. Evidence on seen being preserved for investigation. ”
